Appointments are required for all jewellery purchases, after sales services such as scheduled maintenance/inspections, order collections, ring resizing, repairs, remodels, valuations, and rhodium plating. This is to ensure a diamond specialist will be available to assist you.

Most of our inventory is certified by independent laboratories, however, we also offer un-certified diamonds depending on what a customer is looking for.

If your item is still within its warranty period, we can arrange a collection and a delivery back to you within Australia only for your scheduled maintenance.
